At Maison Hotel, we want you to be completely enamored with your bohemian-inspired pieces. If your purchase isn't quite right, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached to maintain eligibility.

  Label and Dispatch

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
